This 200-Hour instructional curriculum uniquely blends the history and philosophical teachings of yoga with the essential components of asana, anatomy and sequencing. While the curriculum is stacked for an immersive learning experience, the delivery is hands-on and personalized, encouraging a well-rounded approach to developing both your personal practice and your teaching skills.

This 300-hour yoga teacher training builds upon our 200-hour foundation, building upon your yoga knowledge and is designed for experienced yoga teachers. This advanced course will help you refine your teaching abilities, explore advanced asanas and sequencing, and delve deeper into yoga philosophy and teaching methodologies.

Kim Denham
E-500 RYT, PRYT, and YACEP
Kim Denham is a dedicated movement educator and wellness professional with a passion for cultivating inclusive, empowering spaces for growth through yoga, dance, and fitness. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with a dance minor from the University of South Florida and is a 500 E-RYT, PRYT-85, and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. Backed by over a decade of teaching experience, Kim brings a deep-rooted commitment to mindful movement and transformative instruction.
Kim developed and leads both the 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Alliance–registered Teacher Training Programs. Her leadership includes curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and one-on-one mentorships supporting a generation of new instructors now teaching across the Tampa Bay area. She also leads advanced modules on anatomy, sequencing, cueing, and teaching methodology, ensuring trainees are equipped with a solid and nuanced foundation.
Whether teaching in the studio, training instructors, or guiding expecting mothers, Kim leads with authenticity, creativity, and care—empowering others to move with intention and live with purpose.
